Major Problems with Heavenly Naturals

I don't really know where the proper place to post this is, so please feel free to move this if I'm completely wrong.

I placed an order with Heavenly Naturals VIA their website on July 2nd and my card was charged the same day. On their website they say "All orders are shipped within 2 days from the date the order was placed." Now, obviously it was a Friday when the order was placed and you have the Fourth of July but I expected the order to ship out the following week.

11 days after I placed my order I still hadn't heard anything from the company or recieved my order. I then emailed them asking about my order status. I still have not recieved an email back.

If it were just $20 or something I would just forget it, but my order was over $100 which is way too much money for me to lose and have nothing to show for it.

If any of you know of a way to get in contact with the company, please let me know. As I've said, I already emailed her but no response has been recieved.

Tomorrow, I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge.

It makes me really sad because I fell in love with the colors and everything and I do still want my order, but I have a feeling I won't be recieving it. It also makes me sad that I have to strongly suggest that anyone who thinks of ordering from Heavenly Naturals thinks twice.

Has anyone else had this problem with them? But mainly, does anyone have an alternative way of contacting her, like a phone number.
