Make-up & Facial care for Eczematous skin??

Does anyone know of a good foundations/concealers/products for people with eczema??

Here are some of the problem areas that the foundation (&additional products if needed) need to cover:
Very dry skin
Flaky Skin
Darkened areas/Hyperpigmentation
Redness
Large pores

Sensitive to exfoliators
Sensitive to alcohol ingredients that may sting skin

Firstly, are you using some kind of moisturizer and cleaning system to fight your eczema? I find that proper care eliminates most of my problems with eczema.

I like Benefit's Playsticks, but they are a bit heavy (I use them for hints of foundation rather than all over).
