These sound really nice! How much? and do you think since it has a pearly effect there will be much of a colour payoff? I kind of doubt it but I can't wait to see these in person to try them out myself. Thanks for the info!

These aren't so much new, as are a continuation and expansion (along with a rename) of the old "pearly waterproof eyeliner" pencils. They used to only come in a select number of colors (black, brown, taupe) and recently were expanded to the full 20 color compliment, including some non-pearly shades.

They are very nice, and I continue to stock them in my kit, although less so the crazy colors as those are just as easily accomplished for me with the flash colors and some occ pigment powders, and for the few times I need such colors a pencil is just too specialized for me.

I forget how much these cost exactly, but they are lovely.

They cost $16. I only picked up one last time I was in Sephora. I like them...they didn't have a lot of the colors out for testers...but they seemed to stay put better then other liners I've tried.
