Make-up for various lighting setups

I'm not sure if this should go here or in another forum. Mods, please do with as you will.

Does anyone have a cheat sheet for working out make-up strength against lighting setups? I've lost my little FAQ sheet about doing makeup under softboxes/clamshells/overheads etc and I have a shoot on Monday morning that is going to use several lighting sets. It's been a while since I've done an indoor lit shoot, so I don't want to eff it up by getting the intensity wrong.

Any help with this would be appreciated, loves.

For soft lights I use low key makeup because the soft light creates shadow

For brighter light I make the m/u stronger

Out in the day I do the makeup just a bit stronger than needed around the eyes and cheeks ...of course this depends on the sun

I am not too much help because most of the shoots I do are all outside in the day and just a few in the evening.
I've honestly only done a few inside shoots and it was mainly for weddings but the info I gave should help a little bit.

This is about stage makeup but it might help
