Makeup attempt after the accident...pic heavy

Since the car accident, i can't really move my neck or back too much, so my makeup hasn't been a big priority lately, but i tried yesterday anyway...let me know what you think...and PLEASE ignore the brows, they are hideous i know, but i can't handle them until i have more movability in my neck/back...

AND

what's everyone's recommendation for a good skin care system for combination skin?

thanks a lot. it took like a week of looking totally hideous, but when i went to physio and they told me i'd be like this for the next foreseeable future, i figured i needed to at least try to look ok...thanks for all your support guys, it's really sweet of all of you!
