Makeup Case

I was curious what everyone uses as a makeup case that is sturdy enough for travel, but not immensely huge for storage.

Right now I use a really large rounded Revlon case. While it's definitely cute and holds all of my makeup, it's not very easy to keep organize everything in it. What would you all recommend as a good case that you use?

I have the first version of the MAC train case but at $225 and being that I personally don't like the look of the new version, I try Makeup Cases | Cosmetic Cases | Train Cases

They have a huge variety and many people have cases from them.

For storage, I have a IKEA malm vanity with wooden drawers underneath but I just pick and choose when I'm traveling.

Personally, I use Craftsman tool boxes. They are economical, practical and above all different. I always get compliments on how cute they are and a couple of clients have even joked about how I am coming to "construct" a new person. Soon I am going to upgrade to the MAC Zuca case and then use my old ones for storage. *oh yeah I'm new here so please welcome me!!!!*
