Any recommendations for a makeup class/course in DC metro area? Tia!

MAC has classes..I took one for $100 and got free mascara lol. It was ok. I learned how to do liquid liner

When you say makeup class, what in particular are you looking for? There are a number of companies, groups, and independant artists who do classes and seminars ranging from one-on-one personalized makeup application tutoring to professional level SFX trainings. It really does depend on what you are looking for. I might have some reccomendations for you, depending on what you wanted to learn.
