What MAC eyeshadow, makeup and brushes are used to create this smudgy effect on the eyes?
How is it done?

No offense, but I can't really see what it is you're looking for.

Perhaps Carbon and Scene by MAC with a NARS smudge brush?

are you looking for the effect in the picture?

Because that's a computer edited picture- so if your looking to recreate a 'computerized'look for like a show or something, you could use different shades of pencil/shadow/concealor ,but if your looking for a smoky eye look you could go to the tutorial section where many members have explained in detail how to achieve different looks.

The image is taken from a webcam, it's not computer edited. thanks for the info!
