Makeup Tips for a Geisha

My daughter to be a Geisha for Halloween...what would I use to create the white powdery finish and everything else? Thanks

Go to your nearest costume store and see what they have got. At this time of year most will have a white foundation of some sort. You might want to check out the thread white face powder

you'd need a black liquid eyeliner for the top eyelid and a bright red lipstick for the lips ^.^ and ofcourse lots of powder but i dunno about that =/

There is a nice Geisha/Maiko tutorial on You tube,.. it shows how to place the red and black for maximum effect. You should check it out.

You could use,.. MAC white paint stick/ or some drug store white halloween makeup and powder it down with baby powder,.. Blacktrack and carbon, and passionant e/s or Ben Nye's Cherry Red and then ruby woo on the lips,...
