i think red looks gorgeous with blonde hair .. anyways i think you should either go for a smokey eye [but not too dramatic] and nude lips.. OR neutral eyes [think light browns] and a red lip to match the dress or just keep the full face neutral and keep the focus on the colour of the dress.
And it depends how you wear the red lip to be honest... red lips do go with red clothing but just be careful how u do it!

Red lipstick with a red dress is risky if the shades aren't exactly the same. If the lipstick is just a bit more orange or blue than the dress shade it can look ridiculous.

I suggest doing more of a neutral lip, like Honey B. cremestick and High Tea lipstick, plus a sheer pink lipgloss like Pinkarat lustreglass or Pretty Plush plushglass. For the cheeks I'd use some light bronzer on your cheekbones and some highlighter. For the eyes, I suggest using golds/taupes. Use Base Light paint as a base, then a wash of a light, frosty shadow like Phloof! In the crease, use Woodwinked or Soba, and Retrospeck as a highlight. You can go really glittery since it's a special event so Retrospeck will look really pretty!

I hope that helps!

i love red lipstick with red clothes, but i think because your dress has a lot of detail i would go for smoky dark eyes and glossy nude lips xxx

I think smokey eyes and nude lips would be really pretty. Actually, it looks like that's what the model of the dress has on

yup i think the short length of your dress calls for a smoky eye. i also immediately thought 'eva longoria!' upon seeing it and she's always rocking the dark eye/pale lip look.
