Malin & Goetz?

This morning at one of my classes in this HORRIBLE weather, I met the owner of Malin & Goetz. (Malin) He was very cool, seemed down to earth, and was really insightful when it comes to the fashion/beauty business.

I am applying as one of his assistants/interns for the semester. I have never used any of their products though!

Does anyone have any recommendations of products? Anything they did/didn't like? I feel like I should test a few out before becoming a sales rep for them! Eep!

They are not bad at all. Especially because most of their stuff is unisex. I've tried a few of their products after reading about them in Vogue. Let's see: I LOVE their face scrub with apricot. I am not too wild about their cleanser but that scrub was a fav of mine for such a long time. Shampoo & Conditioner - not bad, Body wash - pretty good, Lip balm - great. I was really going through a Dr. Murad phase so I never tried their moisturizers. And their sunscreen is supposed to be really amazing. I had a friend who raved about it.
Btw when I was in NYC I went to see their store in Chelsea and there I met Goetz

He was a cool cool guy. He even introduced their dogs to me.

Do you go to LIM? You look really familiar!

Matthew is super nice---I was an intern there this fall. It was amazing, I really really enjoyed it.

The products are fabulous. Everything is super gentle and effective. And the candles smell so good...I burn the Dark Rum 24/7 in my room.
