mascara application

Do you apply your eye makeup first followed by concealer then mascara?
Cause i do my eye makeup followed by mascara and then concealer...
Does it make a difference like mascara smearing etc?

I apply concealer first, then eye makeup, then mascara. I don't find it to be a problem if I apply my concealer first. If I happen to get mascara underneath my eyes or on my eyeshadow when applying, I just wait until it dries and lightly rub over it with a brush or q-tip, and it comes right off without removing my concealer or eyeshadow.
