Mascara Comparisons-With Pics

I thought I would take pics of all the mascaras I own, to compare. Some are really not that different. This got a little tedious, as I imagine viewing them might, too. Sorry for the hairy eyebrows and other unpleasant details and lousy indoor light.

I have 7 kinds, names are listed. 2 coats on each, using no other combs or brushes or even eyelash curler (gasp!)

Thank you so much for this! I normally use Lancome L'Extreme, but looking at those pictures, I'm really liking the Clinique and MAC ones.

i think i like the max factor 2000 calorie the best. though i think they all look pretty close. my favorite mascara is lancome's flextencils, but i'm out of it. i've never tried badgal or dior's diorshow.

the lash exact makes my eyes water after a few hours, so i'm gonna pitch it.

i've liked clinique's long happy lashes for a day look. my lashes look nice and glossy and a little longer.

i'm on the hunt for a long, thick dramatic look.

Lash Fusion

Bought Lash Fushion at Sephora, the salesclerk claimed it was amazing, I'm not impressed. Especially for $40!!! It's going back tomorrow. This is with 4 coats and using my eyelash curler.
Very frustrating.

I'm obsessed!

So after taking back the Fusion mascara, I traded it in for Givenchy Eye Fly. I'm not sure the pics do it justice, my lashes are nice and long, not very thick, but definately long. And it wasn't 40 bucks! it was $22. Too bad it doesn't wipe out under-eye dark circles!

Alot of makeup artists say its not really the formula that matters on mascara its mostly the brush. I find that my pro lash applys better with my zoom lash applicator. haha

I know I'm not the only one, but I think mascara on eyelashes is something that should be admired at least foot away. Everytime I see a close-up pic, I'm reminded of that.

I agree with this 100%! I switched the Maybelline Lash Stylist because it has the comb applicator and it makes a world of difference! I'll never go back to brushes again if I can help it! Now let's just pray they don't phase out Lash Stylist haha! I hate how whenever I find a good mascara they get rid of it for some new fad!
