Massage- CLUELESS- HELP!

Ok, so for V-day, my bf bought me an hour massage, but Im totally nervous! I've NEVER had a real massage before, not sure of massage etiquette (so to speak), i.e. do I tip? what do I do? What should I expect?

Help me out girlies... Im a massage virgin!

omg i LURRVVE massages!! i go twice a month! welll, let your therapist know what areas u'd like her to focus on (i.e your back, shoulders, neck etc.) so that way she'll pay a bit more attention to your problem spots. just relax and be comfy.. u'll have the towel down to your waist so u won't be nekkid

u'll go into the massage room, she'll leave u so u can undress (u can keep your undies on) and then lie down stomach on the table. she'll come in and pull the towel down to your waist jussst above your butt, and start. u can tip if of course! the most part is just to relax and enjjooyyy!! it's SO awesome!! oh, usually they'll have soft music or one of those tranquil waterfall things playing.. maybe some scented candles.. oh and don't be afraid to speak up if it doesn't feel good (i.e too much pressure, too little pressure etc.) that way u will really make the most of it!

It goes pretty much like Juneplum said. And tipping usually is not included in the gift certificate so I always tip. Have a great time. I'm so jealous.
