Matte neutral e/s colors for work

Hi all,

I want to create a palette (of 4) of matte neutral - conservative work appropriate colors. Any recs? Can be any brand HE or LE.

BTW I use a gel liner .so just need shades for the e/s. I am GGG NC42

I'm just venturing into mattes but I have quickly discovered 2 things: 1) MAC and Urban Decay make some perfect matte textures (Matte2 in MAC) and, 2) get UD's Secret Service. It's the perfect, silky/buttery, matte, medium brown color. Especially in the crease -- and for anyone.

I'm loving Magnetic Fields from Neo Sci Fi; it's not really matte, but it's not really shimmery either. And it is a perfect shade of brown.

Blanc Type is THE perfect matte ivory. You can use it as a highlight or on the lid.

Dior's quint INCOGNITO is perfect. There are five matte neutral shades in the colours of sands, beiges, browns,taupes and linen. It is absolutely perfect for what you want.

In addition to the suggestions given, Yogurt is a soft, pastel matte pink that goes really well with browns, like Handwritten.

I do like MAC's satin texure almost more though (v. subtle sheen, no shimmer), these are also absolutely work-appropriate:

Neutral Pink (kinda similar to Illegal, but more pink)

and I'll been using Ochre Style with those too! It's not a matte, but it hardly has any shimmer/sheen! Just a really pretty golden neutral color!
