MATTE pigments vs. NEON MATTE - needing your recs!

Hey guys, so, a few weeks ago I bought a few of the neon matte pigments... and I am extremely disappointed. They do not have good staying power. Ive tried mixing mediums, different bases, fix +, so many different things. They don't stay well and I am not impressed. I am planning to exchange them for pigments with a different formula.

I want to know, for those of you who have or have tried one or both, what is the staying power of the matte pigments? (non neon)

I've only tried one of each so far: Clear Sky Blue and Full Force Violet. So it's sort of hard for me to say, although I find Full Force Violet is MUCH harder to work with. Clear Sky Blue doesn't give me trouble at all, although I use them for completely different things. Basically the only reason I'm even posting is to ask whether you've tried using them over a Cream Colour Base? I use my Full Force Violet over Madly Magenta CCB and it sticks sooo well.

Yep, I tried a few of them over Luna CCB.
They just don't seem to have the staying power I want, and I find when I blend, they seem to just wipe away

not fun!
