Mattifier for Eyelids?

I have oily eyelids.. like they actually produce OIL.. So when I use paint/udpp/base, it only lasts about 4 hours, then my eyelids are back to greasy/creased and the eyeshadow is pretty much gone. So I was thinking that I could use a skin mattifier on my eyelids, would that be safe? If so, which brand would you reccommend? If not, ne other ideas of what I could use to make my e/s last longer than 4 hours?
