i gotta ask some of you for some help. yeah, in my posts i've received numerous compliments for my skin but really my camera just somehow conceals them out! i --JUST-- took these pictures where i knew i'd find the best lighting to bring out the real flaws. certain lighting [as we all know] brings out the shadows. here's some of those pictures::
good morning sunshine!

let me tell you all first my skin is EXTREMELY oily. my problems:
1) i got my daddy's skin, therefore lots of deep pores on my nose. everyday i can push stuff out of the pores and it's disgusting!
2) i have little bumps all over under the cheekbone portion of my face on both sides and i don't know what they are! they aren't filled with anything, but just bumps!
3) very common, but yes, i do get random pimples too.

the thing is is that i've tried/still trying lots of products. right now i'm using some Wei East cleanser, scrub, & moisterizer, & Youthful Essence scrub. nothing is working. please, any suggestions?

Actually, I think you have absolutely amazing thing! Besides the few blemishes, it's perfect!
I wish my skin would be near as good! I suffer with heavy discolouration around my eyes and all around my mouth, and lots of uneven skin toning, which relaly really sucks :\
I always wanted ot try Youthful Essence, how is it?
As for adivce, I think you should try going and getting a facial? It's relaxing, and renews your skin!

I believe that a good facial with extractions every so often would really take care of most of your problems. Before facials, I was in the same boat with you sista!

I have some milia bumps (tiny little bumps that arent zits) on my cheek bones once in awhile too, so I use a mild chemical exfoliant every morning before I moisturize - it's called AHA or glycolic acid. There's a good American brand called Paula's Choice that sells low % AHA that, used regulary, will fade discoloration and prevent ruddiness/ keep your skin fresh.

NOT that I see either on you. I love your skin! I hate getting older (not that I'm all that old... but my skin has changed in my twenties.. it's stupid).

All I can suggest is that sometimes using scrubs aggrevates your skin and can make it produce more oil. Harsh scrubs are generally not good things, and changing to a mild cleanser and only use an exfoliating scrub once in awhile might ease the oil production.

My last suggestion is that you find an oil free moisturizing sunscreen instead of just moisturizer and use that. Your skin will thank you later

Again, your skin really does look great. You are your own worst critic!

Honestly if u want my opinion when u have zits do not use a facial scrub that just irritates ur skin more. Use an oil-free cleanser like Neutrogena's and it will irritate the skin less.

I've heard people have great results in reducing milia with the "asprin mask". I use it myself (I crush up aspirin, mix with honey, apply to face, wash off) and my skin is really smooth. I'd do a google search on "aspirin mask" and see what you come up with. People on makeupalley rave about it.
