Hey guys.

So, my boyfriends mom is looking for a new foundation - and I promised her I would do some research for her. She is on accutane for another month, and right now has skin on the dryer side - but when she is off of accutane she tends to have skin on the more oily side.

I use MUFE HD and I recommended that to her, she loved it, its exactly the type of coverage shes looking for - but shes one of those people that loves to try new things and she likes the novelty of new foundations.

So, any recommendations? Think "the coverage of MUFE HD, but not MUFE HD" haha. She and I both aren't fans of MAC foundations- she has tried them and they make her break out, so no MAC recs please

^^ I agree, I really like Bobbi Brown- the oil free finish one (when she's off accutane) and I think they have a moisture one as well

Clinique Stay True foundation works really great for oily skin. It is one of my very favorites and I never need to touch up or blot with it.

Revlon Colorstay! I can't rave enough about this damn foundation. So cheap and so good. It provides med-full coverage. They have one for oily/combo skin and one for dry skin.

Clé de Peau Cream Foundation or Kevyn Aucoin's Sensual Skin Enhancer are top notch FULL coverage foundations. While a bit on the expensive side, they're worth every penny.

SK-II's Signs Transform is also a good option if you want a compact foundation that is cream to liquid and applies and blends effortlessly.

I second Revlon Colorstay [the combination/oily skin forumla] is extremely light but with AMAZING coverage. MUFE Matte Velvet+

If she's NOT EXTREMELY oily, I'd most definietly reccomend MUFE Face and Body. It is my all time favourite foundation, looks incredible in photos and in person...and leaves the skin amazingly soft.
