Milani or MAC?

I have been hearing alot about Miliani cosmetics, and want to pick up a few shadows to try out. If you are a Milani fan, could you tell me about some of your favorite shades, and what MAC shades they are similar to, just to get an idea? TIA!

flare looks just like coppering.

some of my favorites are: taffy e/s, illusion e/s, storm e/s, almondine e/s, and enchantment e/s. luminous blush.

milani spice is a good replica of coco beach, imo.

I love Java Bean e/s, it's a great dark shimmery brown!! I also really like Peachy Peach e/s, it's a nice neutral color.
I also love their bronzers (powder, not liquid). I use the lightest one and it's not overwhelming or fake looking

I've heard that clover is similar to humid, garden mist is similar to juxt, and shock is similar to satellite dreams.

shock isn't similar to satellite dreams - shock is more fuschia and satellite dreams is more purple. shock would be more comparable to MAC pink pearl pigment or stars n' rockets e/s.

Milani Icy Plum is apparently a lot like Shale and Sun Goddess is a dead dupe for Amber Lights. In any case, they're both lovely colours. I really like Milani products. Their Wild Violets quad is super.

I just picked up my first Milani shadows the other day. They were 40% off at a closing out of the Drug Emporium. I got Shock e/s and a brown e/s quad. So far, the color payoff seems great, especially for the price!
