Milani

Hi there!

After having carefully read a lot of posts, I noticed that a lot of you guys often recommended the Milani brand.

I don't think it's available in France (but if someone has a clue about it, please tell me!) but I was wondering what is so exceptionnal about that brand.

What do you guys prefer the most? I read the e/s were nearly equal to the MAC ones...?! Is that so?? Is there a lot of choices of colours & textures like MAC?

I find Milani's eyeshadow pigments to be comparable to MAC (not all colors. mind you). For the price, you can't beat the brand.

I love their sheer lipstick. It's got enough pigment to show up but is still moisturizing and creamy-looking.

I assume it is sell in supermarkets/drugstores? It seems to be like L'Oreal or Bourjois here...

The famous Luminious blush, a great NARS Orgasm dupe with better pigmentation that costs about $4US.

The eyeshadows, mostly silky and easy to use in some great colors.

Most of their products are pratically steals and seriously challenge the notion of drugstore cosmetics being intrinsically inferior to high priced ones.

I have a lot of Milani eyeshadows and I find that they are comparable to MAC. Some of the colors are identical to MAC ones. It lasts just as long when you use a base. And the prices are great!!!

their eyeshadows are nice. i don't like the lipglosses though- they have a strong wax smell.

I'm seconding the Luminious blush, it is the best color for all occasions. Other than that, I've noticed that all Milani makeup is great quality for its drugstore price. =)

i loooooove their eyeshadows. and luminous blush has been discontinued

i use milani mostly. shows up great on my darker skin. it's the bargain hunter's MAC
