Clarity lipglass was a mauve-y lavendar shade, but I do believe it was LE.

Bourjois had a lipstick range called 'Nacre' something a few years ago and that had a lavender lipstick, quite shimmery but not as milky perhaps as you're after.
I think Shu Uemura might have a 'Sweet' gloss in the sort of colour you're after. Might want to check their website?

MAC's lustreglass in Opal. It's not very milky, but it's pretty lavendar. I'm sure if you layer it over something like C-Thru lipglass you would get the look you desire

Duh! How could I forget when I accidentally ended up with 3 of them?!
What about MAC's Bberry tasti? Probably a bit frosty rather than milky but the colour would be a damn good match.

Check out Lancome Juicy tubes they have a few lavender colors
Flutterby is an LE one but it's a nice lavender milky color
