mini pigments??!

i got the mini pigments and under 2 of the caps the white insert doesnt stick does anyone else have this problem? i think im gonna return it. and ive never owned any pigments so i was excited but im not to impressed. i cant get it to work with my eyes. but it looks beautiful to all you who do use it.

oh do i have to pour it into a smaller container everytime i wanna use it?

I had that happen with one of mine. I just screwed the cap back on and re-opened it and it was fine.

Wouldn't a tiny spot of glue stick it back down? I have a few products that this has happened with, I think it's just that they aren't stuck to the lids properly in the factory when they're made. Most of the time it doesn't really bother me but if it does I'd just put a tiny dab of glue on the back of the white insert, screw the lid on and then it should stick to the lid fine.

Instead of returning it, you should sell it or swap it!!

I would not return a product just for the 2 white things... But if you really hate the pigment, then... Did you tried with a base? And Rose in a gloss?

If you use them as base, surely you can get them to work for you! And just glue those silly white things back in there! Put a dot of glue in the cap, then twist it back on then the next time you use it, it'll be stuck where it should be.

I can't wait to get mine! I needed the Chartru with some outfits this past summer.

is the mini paints set worht the buy? i dont own any MAC e/s, ss or paints..hehe..love mac, but in general cant rationale the cost of buying them..

but i'm really tempted by the mini paints set!!

is it really $75???

i got them and i love them... i think that you can manipulate them to work for you... maybe pair them with certain colors. rose makes a nice lip color and blush... blue brown makes a nice liner... teal is a great color... naked is a really good hightlight... and kitchmas is just plain ol pretty!

Happened to me too! I just used a tiny drop of superglue and stuck the white thingy back on. =)

hmm...I just got mine today from MAC and there's no white inserts, which I guess is good! And the plastic box they come in holds all my regular-size paints along with the minis & the brush!!! It's great!!!

Is the case they come in a proper sturdy re-useable case or is it similar to the floppy plastic packaging of any other makeup that you'd throw away?

Maybe you can ask someone in US to CP for you? AUD100 is ridiculously expensive!! It's $55 in Singapore, just slightly more expensive with the 1 USD = 1.7 SGD conversion.

I was confused....my set was the mini Paints! DUH! anyway, the case is hard plastic! Clear top, no hinge, but attaches/hangs on.

I have the full size Naked and it has a slight frost to it but I don't know I'd call it shimmery. I love it tho. More of maybe a sparkle?
