Mixing matte & shimmery colours FOTD

I really like mixing matte and shimmery colours, so I used matte on lid and shimmer in the outer 1/3 and in the crease...

Face:
agnès b. Hydrastretch foundation
Pure Luxe Whipped Cream concealer
PL You Glow Girl!
PL Suntan
Geografx Shy Orchid blush

Eyes:
PL Pure (primer)
Geografx Ash Rose
Geografx Heather Berry
Geografx Sea Grape
Geografx Frosted Barley (crease)
Yves Rocher silver eye pencil
dark brown eye pencil
Revlon Lash Fantasy primer
L'Oréal Voluminous mascara

Lips:
Ellen Betrix l/l "Blush"
Rimmel l/g "East End Snob"

yay, im glad ur feeling better. so i love ur cheeks... i always do.. they always look so prettily and slightly blushed... so pretty!!! and the eyes look gorgeous as usual too... i know i have a tendency to sometimes make up my own words!

I think you should try brightening up the inside of your eye a little more though (on either side of the nose), just so itll brighten the whole look, because im not sure if its just the flash from the camera or not but your inner eye looks a bit dark and tired/shadowed - if that makes sense! Mind you in saying that, they dont look that way in the 2nd last picture?! Even so i always try brighten that area with either a highlighter (YSL Touche Eclat) or a light shimmery e/s.
Thats just my opinion anyway, it still looks beautiful

Do you mean the darker spots from my glasses? I normally put concealer over them, but it's often gone already when I get to take pics because my glasses are uhmmm heavy

! I do paint my whole lid and the inner corners with a highlighter before applying colours, but I will try and put some regular concealer in the arches between nose and browbone...
