Moisturizing Eye Cream

Who has the best eye cream. I've decided I needed to start using some. I know I need something pretty moisturizing as the outer creases of my eyes get very dry and itchy.
Drug store or high end brands will do (prefer to try drugstore first, but if there are raves for anything else I'll try anything

TIA!!!

-Mods: I did a search for this before I posted and didn't find anything, Feel free to move or link if need be!

I asked this not long ago and didn't really get any response. I did my own little search in the drugstore and found few good ones I like.
I like to use a different one for night. Something with an extra oomph. For night I got Olay regenerist night. It doesn't say eye cream or anything like that. Just Continuous night recovery moisturizing treatment. I checked with Olay and you can use it in the eye area just becareful to not get it into the eyes. I mix a bit of that with some Vitamin E oil and apply. I was waking up with very puffy eyes for months and this has really helped. For day I like something lighter so it won't mess with my eye concealer. I got Pond's age defEye anti-circle, anti-puff eye therapy. I am pretty impressed. So far so good. I really wanted to get one that helps with lines but I figure get something preventive and can help with moisture.
I also picked up Olay total effects eye transforming cream. In the jar it is a very light skin tone color but it's clear when you apply it. I sometimes use this over the Pond's when my eyes need a pick me up.

I am planning on try one of the Aloette ones soon. Maybe the Aloette advanced eye recovery complex or the Eye Restore Complex. I already have their Lift and Glow Eye Prep I just got that 2 days ago so I can't really give much of review for it. I forgot I had it and just used it today.

I had been using a L'Oreal and Roc retional ones but the Roc did nothing and the L'Oreal one was nice but didn't really moisturize.

Thanks for replying! I actually decided to try the Neutrogena Healthy Skin eye cream and it seems nice so far. It's only day one though

I was using one from Dove with light reflecting particles which made me look awake but wasn't very moisturizing. The neutrogena seems to be nice and emollient so far. I will def. keep your recommendations in mind if this doesn't work out.
Thanks!!!

I’ve heard it said that eye creams are a scam by the cosmetic industry – that they are basically the same thing as regular moisturizers, but in a smaller package, and much more expensive.Whether you believe this or not is a personal choice.

They usually take out fragrance and potential irritants as well. But pretty much, the formulation is quite similar.
