This last one has the strangest pot packaging I have ever seen on a fake:

why are the last two both shade 09 yet they're different colors?! haha did this person just get too lazy to change the fake info?

The 3rd one looks like it has been depotted the placed back on the casing.

They probably are both 09 but they are being faked by different fakers and they haven't coordinated on what numbers they will call each shade.

I've just sent the following message to the seller;

I'm going to bet that the seller ignores the warnings, doesn't contact anybody, continues to sell (and get 100% positive feedback), and Ebay does nothing. I've seen it far too many times

The only thing I think one can do is email every bidder to tell them, and hope they complain. But, at least we're not sitting back doing nothing!

thats why i don't like buying makeup on ebay. i never know if i'm bidding on the real thing or not. i rather pay full price for the real thing.

those look mega shady. From looking at the sticky at the top of the forum i realised what fakes looked like. The seller didn't even describe the colour properly. Doesn't MAC have names not numbers? I also know that they don't come with applicators or mirrors in the base.
