Hai girls. I could do with a little advice as to placements for this stuff..
Ya' see up until now i've been faking it! This is what I have in the way of blush/msf:

blush: Cantalope, coy girl and pinch 'o' peach
Msf: Lightscapade, Gold spill and soon New Vegas when it gets here.

Normally ill put lightscapade on my cheekbones and upto to the temple, then use a blush or sometimes goldspill on my cheeks alone. Should i be using msf with blush? without? Just some general help please! I know alot of you wear msf then a blush to go with it, what would work well? TIA<3

You can most definitely use your MSFs with your blush, it'll give your skin a wonderful glow (especially if the blush has a matte finish)

I usually contour the hollows of my cheeks (do the fish face if you don't know where to begin - it should be the indented area right below your cheekbone - contour from your hairline at the top of your ear, and follow the natural hollows in your cheeks) - blend so that there's not a harsh contour line

Then I usually apply blush (or even a darker MSF as a blusher) with my 187 from the apple of my cheeks and blend diagonally up towards my temples.

If you are using a highlighter MSF (i.e. landscapade, gold spill, new vegas), place it just above the cheekbone and sweep up into the temples.

You can also place a little MSF on the bridge of your nose and a little on your forehead and chin (high planes of your face).

If you are going to contour, make sure to blend your blush and contour color together for a smooth gradient.

HTH!

I'll use MSF as my blush if I just want a shimmery glow to my cheeks. Great when you are wearing a darker eye or lippie and don't want too much going on with blush. I love Northern Light MSF for this.
