I hope I have posted this in the right section. If not, please feel free to move it, mods.
The other day i was at the MAC counter and I asked the MA to try the Mineralize Skinfinish Natural on me, since I have been looking for a light coverage powder foundation for a while. She did, and I loved it. When I asked what shade she used on me, she said it was "Light Plus". I decided to buy it along with the other things I had picked out. However, when I got home, the shade in the bag was "Medium Plus". When I checked the website later, I saw that there isn't even a "Light Plus" listed, just "Light Medium". So I got more confused!
Even though it sounded like "medium plus" was much darker than my skintone (I wear NC 20 in Select SPF for reference), it didn't look that dark in the pan so I decided to try it on. I think it looked okay on, but I am definitely not an expert in foundation, and it just sounded so wrong for me!
So I guess what I'm asking is: for the lighter skinned girls on Specktra, especially those around the NC/NW 20-25 range, what shade of MSF Natural do you wear? Is it completely ridiculous that this might in fact be my shade? Help, please?
Sorry for the novel, I tend to ramble.
