If you are a mineral foundation fan, try PL's. I love it. IMO, their pigments are a little bland. They don't have especially strong color payoff. Good for a subtle look.

Too Faced has inexpensive palettes that are cute but again, they lack a bit when it comes to pigmentation. If you like palettes and see a color combo you like, it's worth checking out, though.

I like Too Faced's Park Avenue Princesss quad that Sephora sells. It's basic browns (the darkest has some glitter in it), but I think the pigmentation is decent and it's perfect to me.

I really like the eyeshadow singles. I love the texture and pigmentation. My favorites are Dirt Bag, Label Whore, and Vixen. However, I've tried one of the eyeshadow duos and have not been satisfied. They aren't as pigmented and are slightly more crumbely. I'll be returning mine soon

Too Faced's liquif-eye - it is a felt tip brush that has a soluteion that makes any powder eyeshadow into liquid liner. I could not live without it

I just bought this today on a buy for my mom. Originally thought it was a felt tipped black eyeliner, but no! I'll be testing it more later (has good subtlety-could be an issue to pigment lovers), but online reviews seem to give it a good tip of the hat.

It's seriously awesome stuff - I use it all the time. It actually picks up a lot of color most of the time too - lining with MAC's carbon and that can be incredibly pigmented. Also - it is an awesome way to line your waterline - I have found that the color lasts much longer for me when I use this in place of basically any other liner on my waterline. Hope ya like it
