My attempt at lingerie is not so great, bleh

I tried doing lingerie, but I don't like it on me, I think it's because I don't have a dark purple paint to use as a base, I also saw some people using macroviolet as base so the color turns out more vivid that way, but it looks really washed out on me because I'm so deathly pale...

Also my eyebrows are messed up because I haven't had them done for a while and I'm not really good at doing myself.

I'm also not as great at doing makeup as some of you guys, I tried defining the crease but I can't even see it really, I'll define it more next time!

I used studio fix

Mac paint in stillife as a base
Retrospeck over that
Loveli lilly on top of Retrospeck
Tried to define the crease and outer V with Intoxicate eye shadow
(without much success)
black colorstay liner smudged with pencil brush and black tied shadow

pink swoon blush over refined golden bronzer, with naked you skin finish on top

Giddy lipstick with lots of Of Corset lipglass

I didn't want to take pics of my eyes closed because my lashes look
really messed up for some reason when I close my eyes, it looks funky
(in a bad way)

Any constructive criticism on how to improve my makeup?

I actually think you look quite pretty the way you are. It's a nice balance of subtle and sparkly. What are you trying to improve?

Thanks! I do like how the lippie turned out... I put a ton on to make it all shiny.... I don't know if I like Lovely Lilly though, it looks kinda muddy on me and not vibrant....

The eyes, it just looks really vibrant when I see other people wearing purples, it looks like it has more color and more definition, just really professional looking. I can never get my eyes to look the way it does when a pro at the mac counter does it.

I guess I just gotta practice more!

hehe, after reading what u wrote i thought it was gonna be some really horrible face but it looks really nice, maybe not as dark as you would have liked it but i think it looks beautiful on u... personally my fave part is the cheeks... im in love with naken you (i think im the only one lol)... i really like the eyes too though and the lips are purty!!!

I know you didn't really ask for any advice but may I give you a tip?
I'll wait for your answer because I myself would rather people just give me a yay or nay on my look unless I ask for tips.

Also if you have advice or constructive criticism don't be afraid to tell me, I have very thick skin!

Plus I'm always looking for ways to improve my makeup skills so if there's anything not quite right with the blending/shading too much color, too less, or whatever pls let me know.
I'd much rather have someone at Specktra letting me know than walking outside like a clown with bad makeup... hehe....

Keep in my mind that this is JMO but I think if you just kept the bottom lash line free of eyeshadow this would look even better. Keep the line on your rim and the lovely smudge smoky color there too.

I do love those colors on you and don't get my wrong I still think you look very nice.
