Awwww that is so sweet, we had a boy and his name was Roger and we raised him from a baby, but that was a long time ago and he isn't with us anymore but Roger was the best and we taught him to talk and he just loved to wake us up in the morning with yelling out roger boy, hahahahaha

awww....baby birds are that only a mama could love kinda cute....I had a robin nest on my deck one year....only one bird hatched but I got to see it go from a tiny pink thing to a funny big eyed fluffy to a full grown bird....now baby birds just make me melt......so cute!!!!

Thanx everyone. I love him so much he's so cute. He's still pretty small not full grown yet. He actually developed really fast, my sister took care of 2 cockatiels from babies and they stayed small and bald for longer than mine.
I hope that I will be able to teach him to whistle and all that but I honestly don't know how to start, so if anyone could let me know what to do, please help me. I'm hoping to teach him now that he's still small.

That's easy. Just whistle around him as much as possible. And if you really want him to learn to talk, say what you want him to say in a high excited voice. Birds really respond to different intonations in your voice. That's why so many learn to swear.....cause people usually swear in a loud voice. Oh yeah, most birds that are going to talk don't start doing it until they are older. I think they have to be at least 6 months old, and it's usually around 1 year when they really start. Mine never stop talking.........but then again, neither do I.
