My eyes match my bra! (now with actual bra)

Yes, that's right! I was wearing a deep purple shirt today and didn't want to be completely matchy-matchy so I went with the colors in my bra. Its teal, and purple with black leopard spots

Ok, I didn't do the spots, but you get the idea. And I love the matte eyeshadows but I'm having a terrible time blending them with anything, I think I may just start wearing them by themselves and see how I like it.

Love it!! Oh and don't give up on blending mattes yet, newly minted doesnt blend for me either, at all....but I have a lot of the other matte2's and they blend beautifully...don't know why newly minted doesnt.

I also love your color choices today. I have kinda the same problem with some mattes I've used. They don't go on well, don't blend well, and sometimes wind up being splotchy on me. It's odd. Then again, it's been awhile since I tried, I think. Anyway, you look lovely, as alwasy!!

While I'm not Briar, I'm more than gladly chime in here.

MAD Minerals makes wonderful products. It's my choice for mineral foundation and finishing powder (I've never used Bare Minerals but would prefer not to, anyway, because of the bismuth oxychloride in it), and most of my very favorite eye colors are from them. The color payoff is excellent (I use UDPP), the quality is excellent, and the samples are generous.

WELL worth it.
