I went as a "pinup" for the first party. I was in a hurry, as I spent hours (literally) looking for my car keys that afternoon, because my 3 year old daughter misplaced them. Her grandma was already on the way to pick her up (from about 40 minutes away) so we had to make some last minute changes, including the purchase of a new car seat because both of our car seats were locked in my car. Finally, 2 hours behind schedule, I was able to hop in the shower and then start the process of getting ready, though the loss of time resulted in my hair not being up to par
Here's my "costume", hair, and makeup.
For my eye makeup I just used my MAC Sculpt & Shape Duo in Bone Beige/Emphasize, my normal Mink Brown eyebrow powder, brown liquid eyeliner, white pencil eyeliner on my waterline, and I used MAC 44 lashes.
Pictured here with my friend Natalie, you can see what I did to my bangs, though they were starting to come undone. I had just curled them for a moment, then rolled them up and pinned them. The rest of my hair was curled. You can also see the rest of my makeup... I used MAC Redd lip liner, and some other dark red from Benefit, plus MAC Russian Red lipstick. For blush, I believe I used MAC Dollymix.
Here is my "costume". It's very obviously lingerie, and very boobilicious. I got it at Torrid last year. The cups are too small, which really makes my boobs the main focus, and the rest of it is a little bit and a little long, so the faux boning in it kind of ripples/bunches sometimes. I got the fishnet thigh highs with built in garter belt at Torrid, and the shoes... Probably at Yandy.com
My second costume, that I did the same makeup for, was a sailor. I got the costume at Yandy.com and then the jewelry is real, and from Macy's. Otherwise it was all the same makeup and everything. I wasn't rushed this time, but we ran late (really late) so by the time we were ready to head out the door (in combination with the rainy weather) my curls had all but totally fallen.
