My new 'do...pic inside...plus more questions.

I got my hair cut on Friday. I had posted here earlier a bunch of possible 'dos. This is the one I ended up choosing.

My hair wasn't quite long enough...the top layers need a couple more inches before I can to the exact cut, and I can't stand anything in my eyes so I told her to take the bangs up a bit. I still haven't decided on color (was thinking reddish brown...my current color is a bit to 'gold' for me) I also need to work on styling it a bit more to get more volume and texture, but the basic shape is there....here it is...

Thanks for all the help...I'm still taking color suggestions....
Also, any product suggestions to get the above look? In texture/volume?

Your picture's not working... but i would recommend using Catwalk (by Tigi) Sexed-Up Tonic on your roots while still damp and then when you blowdry using a barrel brush giving more emphasis on kind of curling your roots. To give more texture and hold the style I would use hard to get (also by tigi) or s-factor's (tigi) creamy molding wax. &of course some hairspray..

I'm not really familiar with other product lines, but the keywords that your looking for would be body/volume building &/or texturizer.

go for a really really warm chocolate brown...

to get that style i'd also highly recommend using Catwalk's rootboost, seriously its badass.
