Myspace quality of pics?

I use myspace and ive uploaded three pics, i'm happy with the quality of these, however when i upload other pics the quality is terrible

does anyone know how i can get around this? i have tried compressing the files in psp and adobe but they still look awful when ive uploaded them

Compressing usually makes them look worse, especially if you save them as .gifs [.jpgs usually end up looking like crap too, very pixelated], I save all my pics as .png, it keeps them pretty decent looking.

In Adobe CS there's an option to "Save for web" and that keeps the quality of my photos.

i usually do that, i save as a .png then open it in adobe and click save for web they look great then i upload them to myspace and they look :| lol
