I used:

Mauvism paint as a base on lid and crease
Beige-ing shadestick as base on browbone
Plum on the lid
Mystical Mist on the outer corner and crease
Pink Opal pigment to highlight
Phone Number to line lower lashline only
Plum over Phone Number
Omega on brows
Max Factor Lash Perfection mascara in black

.face.
Moisturecover concealer in NC15 lightly brushed all over
Sweet William blushcreme

.lips.
High Strung lipstick
Who's That Lady lipgelee

..and remember that depth is the greatest of heights..
