AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - Self-conscious about what you wear while working out? A Dutch gym plans to introduce “Naked Sunday” for people who like to huff and puff in the buff.

Patrick de Man, owner of Fitworld gym in the town of Heteren, said he got the idea in part from two of his customers who are avid nudists.

“I heard that some other gyms are offering courses on ‘pole-dancing’ as a sport, so I thought: Why not bring something new to the market?” de Man said.......

Think of how dirty the gym is now when we are all wearing clothes. Do you really want your vajayjay touching a weight bench that is covered in, well....someone else's vajayjay or sweaty balls? Good Lord!Yeeeachh!

Not to mention when you work out, things move. I am quite sure that I really don't want to see random strangers junk wiggle when they jog nude. Oh and can we talk safety issues here? Lots of moving parts and cables. Very easy to get things stuck. Need I say more.

This story just made me think of the grossest people I have ever seen at the gym. Multiply the gross-out factor by 1 million and they are naked.

It's just not hygienic, IMO. I also just can't see that being comfortable; I hate making a quick dash to the corner store without a bra. I can't imagine exercising without clothes.

I'm surprised that a gym would take that risk, financially. They're asking for a lawsuit of some kind (any kind of disease people could get, injury), and I imagine they're going to lose customers both on Sundays and period. The gym would never be clean enough. Are there that many nudists who want to exercise in the nude?

i mean tecnically, if you're rubbing crotches with a exercise bike, sure you can spread the infection...but if you're on a treadmill and it makes you feel better to have your balls or boobs bouncing around...whatever!

Same here! I would totally leave with black eyes if I went jogging. I would be a danger to myself and others!
