naked FOTD. i need your opinions!

so my SFF spazzed out on me and keeps turning very orangey...and i don't have a replacement foundation excpet for mineral stuff which i don't wear when it's cold. so i'm going foundationless. is that okay, or is my skin too fugly to be bare in public?

don't mind the face, i don't know what i was thinking/doing but it wasn't very cute at all.

my best friend's brother had just told me that he's upset that i'm working tomorrow (i need the extra money for some work i want to do to my car) and said that he hates my little Focus because it takes my attention/time away from him

this isn't so mcuh about the makeup...but i really want to know what everyone's opinions are on my decision to not wear foundation. my skin has a pretty uneven tone, so i'm not really sure that going bare is a good idea. what do you all think? and does MAC have any foundation that won't turn orange?

i don't like the look it gives people anyways, i love your freckles and without foundation the world can see them

i say go foundationless until you get new foundation (but by then you might not like it anymore

There is nothing "fugly" about your bare skin in the slightest!! Just wear a good sunscreen to protect your fair skin and you will be fine!

i think you look just fine without foundation! if you ever have a little redness or blemish, concealer would do, but your skin looks great without it. very natural

WOW your skin looks really good without foundation. you should just never wear it. i wish my skin looked like that without foundation. like sassygirl224 said, you could just use concealer.

i'm super oily usually and when i wore my mineral makeup in the summer, it'd all come off. but now that it is winter, my skin is semi-dry, it lasts all day and it looks + feels great! it's such a miracle for me, haha.

i can't remember if i've asked you this before, but i'm also looking to buy refined golden. i tried using blush, bronzer, highlight but somehow i can't get the blush to mix in with my bronzer very well. it's so obvious where i put the bronzer. any tips? TIA!

Refined Golden is the easiest bronzer i've ever worked with because it blends really well

i use a big fluffy angled brush to draw a shape kind of like the Nike symbol (haha) from the hollows of my cheeks up to the temple, and then i use a round poofy brush for whatever blush/highlighter i use on the apples, and THEN is use a little kabuki brush to buff the hell out of it. HTH

Pffft, I think your skin looks great without foundation. I wish mine looked that good!!!

I do have a question, though. Why don't you like to wear your mineral foundation when it's cold? Do you have super dry skin?

Girl, I think you look great, foundation or not, but I have to say, if my skin was as clear as yours, I certainly wouldn't be wearing foundation everyday!

my skin's not really dry, but when it's cold my skin does really weird things and the mineral stuff ends up making my tone look more uneven. i haven't figured out why yet though...
