If Dayle looked like that on my lips, I would have kept it. Doesn't look anything like that on my lips...waaay more grey.
Ooh, I have Bite Cava wishlisted, and it does look more mauve than Dayle. Also have Dominique long wishlisted, and that's definitely different.
I'm also in about the same skintone family as Elegant, so I'm also a little concerned about having corpse lips. (Too bad I don't live near a NARS counter or store.)

It's so beautiful in the tube, but honestly, it IS corpse lips ...sad.

100% I would steer clear of that lipstick, even just looking at that instagram pic. It is clearly grey leaning. Corpse lips boo!

Yes. It's such a disappointment because it could have been so beautiful. I can't believe Nars missed the mark on this one.

I was excited about the blush until I clicked the link to magazine article... it looks like it has blue flakes in it .... No just NO Nars. You can make a cool toned raspberry and blend in the blue to do so.

Dayle reminds me of a lipstick called Naked Witch from Necromancy Cosmetica. Of course, the latter stated that it's for that undead-chic look, but you can alter the gray nude color with a good lip liner, so I might go for that. The only one I truly like is Vibeke, but it's probably a dupable shade. Tbh, all of the shades look dupable, even Dayle. I'm still waiting for the eye shadow swatches.
