what brand is the best to buy natural colors eyeshadow and that is high pigmented.

MAC ..of course...they have so many nice neutral and natural shadows

e.g.
Naked Lunch
Satin Taupe
All That glitters
Soba
Ricepaper
Shroom
Sable..
romp...

they are all nicely pigmented.

Mac and Milani have a wide selection of netural colors, with different finishes and color selections.

Maybleine also makes some great biege and brown and navy blie eyeshadows. I hear Stila is good as well for eyeshadows and they have a large selections of netural colors as well. Hope that helps. Good Day = )
