Natural Eye?

What paint or shadow gives a good, natural no make up look to eyes but still covers slight redness/veins?
Nothing that looks too unnatural (i.e. matte or satin).

I'm NC15, btw.

a touch of concealor? sometimes i either wear that or bare paint to cover up my dark circles. also, sometimes i just wear urban decay's primer potion, it doesn't crease or budge.

i know you wanted something with the no-makeup look, but i add a touch of light sheer eyeshadow like ricepaper just under the brows. it gives a touch of fresh look for me.

For your skintone, I'd highly recommend bare canvas, it definitely does a good job at evening out skin redness and darkness on the lid and is great for a overall nude wash of color.

A bit of concealer on the lid, a shade ever so slightly darker than your skin tone and a lighter shade under your brows. A transparent mascara just to groom your lashes, a bit of shadow to discreetly fill in your brows and you're good to go, I say.
