NC15 on an NC30

Lately I've been trying to achieve a very pale complexion so I tried out NC15 Full Coverage Foundation as well as Studio Fix Fluid and Mineralize Skinfinish (both in NC15). I'm and NC30 so Studio Fix Fluid and Full Coverage gave me the best results, making my skin look very pale and smooth. However, the coverage didn't stay perfect all day, even with multiple touchups. I tried using Prep+Prime which improved the overall look of the foundation but did not affect how long it stayed on.
So my question, what do you goth kids do the get that flawless pale skin and get it to stay on all day?

I wear Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer (Oil-Free) in Porcelain and MAC's Pressed Blot Powder. As a base, I wear Shiseido 50+ SPF and it stays relatively well if I touch it up.

Have you tried Estee Lauder's Double Wear? I don't know if they have a pale enough color, but it lasts QUITE a while.

You can use MUFE's white primer to lighten your skin tone and also Mat-Velvet +, it has great coverage and lasts a while, set wit Super Loose Matte Powder.
