I would try Nars blushes, they are super pigmented! Crazed and Taj Mahal would look great on dark skin.

I would check out the Laura Geller Blush N Brightens from Sephora, they are pigmented and shimmery all rolled into one. I see you in shades like Golden Apricot and Berry.
