This is a look that I did which really doesn't require a lot of color or makeup. It's basically lipstick, false lashes, black eyeliner. You can add things or keep it simple. Would this be the type of simple look you're going for?

I definitely think fake lashes with smoky eyes- either pruple or black with your eye colour
