Need advice on shopping for clothes and makeup in France,Sweden and stockholm

Hi specktraettes,

I am a college student traveling to France,Sweden and stockholm... i can't spell

.
I need advice on shopping for clothes that you have to buy in France.. and the other countries i am going to visit!
By budget is 2K. I been saving up a long time! So any advice on how to shop for makeup clothes etc... where can i find it etc....
