I got a pigment sample from an Ebay seller. The color is labeled as White. I also got White Frost from the seller.. (i forgot who it was otherwise i'd ask her..)
I can find white frost on mac's site, but no plain White. It is not the white from the pro site because that one is matte (right?)
Anyways this white one is more frosty and silvery than white frost. I really want some more but i don't know what it is! help!

Could it be Frost pigment? Is it sort of on the chunkier side? I am pretty sure Frost is different from White Frost...

The two you have are probably Frost (chunky silvery white) and White (discontinued frost pigment - white like vanilla or pink opal but with no duochrome and more finely milled than Frost)...

The one labeled White could be the discontinued White pigment, which was majorly frosty. It's not really chunky, though. I LOVE White pigment as it didn't have any colored duochrome and it works wonnnnders for blending.

I got a White sample from my Pro Store some weeks ago when I needed a white base for the Doll Challenge here!

It was a shimmery smooth white that you can compare to Crystal Avalanche e/s!

PURE White is the matte pigment!

Exactly! Frost is the chunky one, White is a smooth frost, and Pure White is matte.

I just ordered "white" pigment (not pure white, etc, just white) from the Pro site. It came in today, and it is a beautiful, shimmery white.

And it's not discontinued!
