Need help picking gift for a baby shower

this sounds dumb but is there a registry? im not good at the creative stuff for baby showers but my good friend just had a baby (she had a girl) and i got her the crib set like the comforter and pillows and etc etc. my best friend got her a baby handprint set which she cried over which is like 5 discs of clay and its like babys first handprint from 1 month then 1 year, 2 years, 3 years etc etc. Maybe you should ask a mom for a unique and very HELPFUL gift. If all else fails, get diapers!!
