Neutral or not?

Could this be considered a neutral look?

Lid: Golden Lemon pigment
Crease: Nocturnal blended in the crease, Embark defined in the crease.
Highlight: Brule
Eyeliner: Blacktrack Fluidline

Golden Lemon is a bit on the bright side. At least when I apply it that's how it shows up. I'm sure you can blend it out into the lid to make it not as bright.

I agree...think "skin colors" and that's neutral...

Neutral is generally browns and sort of natural, if that makes sense.
