Neutral Smokey to go with Dramatic Lips!

Hey guys! So I made another tutorial that I'm really proud of because the video came out really good and it has perfect lighting! I was inspired to do this look because I really wanted to use my Rebel lipstick and not have it clash with my eyeshadow and this is what I came up with, I hope you guys like it!
