Neutrals and red lips

Today I had to go to some training session for an event I'm working at tomorrow (I work as a hostess and tomorrow I'm working at the presentation of a ship) Anyway, they said we had to look fancy and posh and stuff... And my mum said "I hope you're not doing your green eyeshadow thing!!"

So I decided to go neutral-ish...

Ermmm and because everyone posts pics of them in their cars, and I don't have a car... Here's me waiting for the bus

I don't want for this to come across as harsh and I mean this is the most postive way possible but, why do you never wear eyeliner? I think that just a smidge on the top would really pull this look together.

I wear eyeliner a lot, and really black and very winged too... I guess I just never happen to post pics when I do
